I know a salon such as this won't be super amazing spa luxury - however I was not prepared for such a rushed job and no customer service really. I wasn't asked what shape I wanted or small things like that. The varnish was not left to dry properly and the layers were so tick the Polish actually bubbled. Additionally, and most importantly the lady working on my manicure was quite aggressive - leaving me to ask her not to be so rough. I actually now have sore fingers where the cuticle was so aggresively trimmed. Not ideal. On a positive note the selection of colours is very good and it was a popular salon. £33 for a varnish mani/pedi. Read Less

rush job could not wait to get me out, had glue on skin and they even made 2 fingers bleed with the file, didn't bother with that just said sorry !. too busy to get next person in. nails looked crap vanish still wet so they sprayed dryer on and said they where ok even though I told them they where still wet. would never go there again even if it was free. had to sort my nails out myself when I got home Read Less
