I have been to go Vip Nails in Smyrna TN multiple times. Super awesome customer service. It felt like the kind of salon I would want to go by just to say hi to the ladies. I've visited Vip Nail Spa three times for a pedicure and each time is better than the last. It was a relaxing environment. The lady was able to do an appointment the same day I called in. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to! My nails last to ~4 weeks or more. I cannot recommend it highly enough! Read Less

I drove a car in Smyrna and chose this place to do mani/pedi for a wedding. Really HAPPY here! I felt pampered after sitting down a chair. The lady was so personable and spoke almost good English! Last week, I came this place with my mom to get my nails done. I was served very thoughtful by a nice girl. Staff was friendly and talented. One of my nails chipped after my first time but they fixed it right up. Especially, the tools here are new and sterile. In summary, 100% contented! Read Less

The employees were not very friendly and all i got was a fill-in and the price was $17 I paid with my card added a $3 tip to make my total $20 then when it clears my bank they actually charged my card for $50 needless to this was my first and last trip to this salon. Horrible. Just got out the nail salon literally still in the parking lot. Very upset. My nails look horrible and I wish I could post what they look like on here. I repeatedly told them to fix it however, it still does not look clean look like a very sloppy mess and I don’t think the guy that did my nails was taking his job seriously. I paid $35 for these nails I expect them to be well done. My nails do not look good you can still see the glass and he just completely did not do them correctly. Had a terrible experience there this afternoon with the older lady with the short haircut. My polish was slightly scraped off immediately after it dried, I asked her to fix it... This happened TWICE. It was still chipped on a couple fingers but I had grown tired from being there so long so I headed to my car. Before I got in my car, I noticed my thumbnail polish was chipping also so I went back inside. That hateful old lady raised her voice and yelled at me to be careful next... time and insisted that she was busy and informed me that after 30 minutes, I am no longer a customer. Words were exchanged and I threatened to file a police report and that lady was still so cold and unapologetic. Finally, a young gentleman tech offered to fix my 4 nails and told me she's always in arguments with customers. I felt so embarrassed and unwelcomed and will definitely not go back to this salon. Having been getting extensions done over the years with another salon in Aylesbury where I was always leaving disappointed I went to Jessicas on a recommendation. The guy that did them really listened to me. I asked for the file to not be used on my nails as much as normal. He used it very lightly and briefly. Since its renovation the place looks even more zen than usual. Staff and service are great. Only drawback would be that because they are so great at times it doesn't matter if you make an appointment or not. You will still have to wait. Read Less

I've been going to Jessica's since 2014, it's a brilliant place with brilliant staff who are very polite, welcoming and caring. I never write reviews but I am so upset I decided to. I have been going to Jessica's for a few months now and have always been happy. The last couple of times I had my nails done I thought the standard wasn't as good. Jessica was away and on one visit there was a stand up row when one customer refused to pay a she was so unhappy. I decided to get my shellac removed after 10 days as my nails were splitting so I popped into a different salon. They were appalled. I was told it ...was the worst example of shellac they had ever seen. What was even more upsetting was the state of my nails. They are totally wrecked. The drill has been over used on me meaning too many layers have been scrapped away. They are so soft they actually hurt and they split all the time. The nail technician said the shellac was too thin and the nail preparation was dreadful. Shellac should not damage your nails if used properly. I did it was a bit off that last time I was there I was left for 30 mins with the acetone on my nails which is also very bad. I am so cross my nails look dreadful and they hurt.
