What a miserable experience, staff were unfriendly and mumbled at each other I observed as they. treated walk in clients very rudely almost as if they were a nuisance , had acrylic infills which were done ok but the atmosphere was awful will not go back again as plenty of others to choose from ... can’t understand why it was so busy ?? Very poor. Slow, bad shellac technique, very thick and applied without care, plus mine are peeling only a few days later. Will not return, so many much better and cheaper nails bars in the area. Plus it is always boiling hot and the smell of polish overpowering. Read Less

Quite a few beauticians work here but some are better than others. I've seen some great people and left happy but today was a different story. I made an effort to go out in the snow to get my eye brows threaded but now I wish I hadn't. Usually I'm listened to but this time the lady took way too much off and now they don't match! I like them thick and not thin which I explained to her and I am really disappointed. The lady was lovely but the result I got was very poor. I now have to wait until they grow back to have them redone but unfortually I will not be returning to this salon. Read Less

I have used their nail service a couple of times and have found them to be a little inconsistent. Sometimes my nails are great and other times the service has been poor. Although they do price pretty reasonably. Read Less

I have booked multiple appointments for acrylic nails now and turned up to find my appointment has been double booked and they can't see me. Terrible organisation of appointments and time keeping. I certainly won't be going again. Read Less

Felt lucky to get an appointment straight away when I phoned. I had tried to there for a pedicure before and they're always really busy. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely go back. The student discount and loyalty card are definitely an incentive to return. Read Less

Had my eyebrows threaded for the 1st time. Was very nervous, but everyone was really nice. I didn't have to wait (I didn't make an appointment) and the whole thing lasted around 5 mins. Great results, will come back again. Read Less

I just had an awful experience here. I came in for eyebrow threading - the end result was a mis-matched set of eyebrows that were far too thin despite me clearly stating I wanted to keep them as thick as possible. I am really frustrated as I came here 2 weeks ago and was really pleased with the result. Unfortunately I had a different therapist this time and the results were dramatically different. My eyebrows look awful and I would strongly recommend avoiding this place for eyebrow threading at all costs! The therapist didn't even apologise! Read Less

Lovely setting, clean, bright, professional and friendly. I have shellac manicures and every time I've been I can see that they really care for the hands and nails and use all the best products. My nails have improved since going to Boohoo.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it always seems to take around 90mins and as much as they are taking their time to do it properly they aren't in a hurry to get on with it, but the chats are always nice.
