I have been going to Hollywood Nails since it opened and have been going every 3 weeks as I have acrylics. Just later the service I am receiving is dire. Emily thinks she is in charge, ( Lilly and Harvey are lovely). Just lately Emily is quite rude, and is always on her phone which then makes my appointment 10 mins late. I had to book an appt to have my toe nails done on Monday @10.30am. They obviously had walk ins. I arrived at 10.25am and had to sit and wait. At 11am I had to leave as I had only put 1 hour for car park. I am so angry, as they don’t seem to care how they treat us loyal customers.
Today I was really upset as Emily double checked my loyalty card as if I had forged it!, she also did the same to the customer before me. I never write reviews but felt very upset by her treatment. Sadly I will now be going else where for better customer care/service.

I've been getting my nail done by Lily, Harvey and their team at Hollywood Nails for years. They are fabulous and I highly recommend them. Always friendly, clean establishment, and a great job done.

This place is amazing me and my bestie got the best service and the lady was so friendly. It was the first time I got acrylic nails and they made the experience so relaxing 😘

Fantastic. I always get good service in here. Sometimes I book, but it’s great that they do walk-ins. My acrylics are always perfect and last.

Love these ladies! We were let down by a lady who was going to do our bridal nails for my cousins wedding. 4 of us hand manicures and pedicures and the ladies were friendly, professional and our nails...
Love these ladies! We were let down by a lady who was going to do our bridal nails for my cousins wedding. 4 of us hand manicures and pedicures and the ladies were friendly, professional and our nails came out wonderfully. They even stayed open later as our Bride was running late. Great find, highly recommend.

I have been going to Hollywood Nails since it opened and have been going every 3 weeks as I have acrylics. Just later the service I am receiving is dire. Emily thinks she is in charge, ( Lilly and Harvey are lovely). Just lately Emily is quite rude, and is always on her phone which then makes my appointment 10 mins late. We were let down by a lady who was going to do our bridal nails for my cousins wedding. 4 of us hand manicures and pedicures and the ladies were friendly, professional and our nails came out wonderfully.
