They do a fantastic job if you're a first timer, but be careful because their standards slip and they get really grumpy if you ask them to redo something (ie, missing the side of a nail because they rush). Just had a pedicure with my dear friend Darren. It was his first ever! His experience lasted under 15 minutes no foot or calf massage like at previous salons scrub lasted 20 seconds no pressure applied to the scrub! hot stones placed on feet and legs for under 20 seconds! What was the point of that! Very very very dissapointing £25 later it was over! My experience lasted 18 mind longer and that was because I had polish applied! Had my nails done here since they've opened in 2014. I've always received wonderful service. I recommend getting the SNS done by Van and they even do individual eyelashes by Lee. Every once and a while, a pedicure by one of the ladies, I think her name is Vy, is amazing - all the dead skin gone!!! Read Less

Walked in at 9.45am this morning despite it being early the lovely lady sat me down and gave me the best spa pedicure ever. She was very thorough and professional and all instruments where sterilized. Despite the salon starting to get bust by 10am she never rushed me. Fantastic service and I highly recommend. Read Less

After a hour and my little girl having her nails painted still no sign of getting my nails done, fair enough they was busy but no coffee offered or customers service to say how long the wait would be so I left. Not a very friendly place but they do have a good selection of nail polishes. Have just read by someone they havnt sterilisation equipment that's worrying. Back to My Nails William street then. I have been having my nails done with Lee and Van for many years and even now I still travel from further afield to have them done. Always friendly and the best nails with all the latest techniques. I wouldn't go anywhere else and cannot recommend them more, I am very hard to please !! 10/10 Read Less

Appalling service, went last week for a mother and daughter quality time for shellac nails, rushed, no customer service at all, unfriendly, and my nails have chipped and peeled away in less than a week, every time I've had them done elsewhere, always lasted at least two weeks, really upset Read Less
