Went to get my Shellac nails redone ...only 2nd time of ever having them done ... the girl didn’t do my cuticles, and filed them unevenly ... very disappointed and won’t be back

Mai is a gifted technician. I have worn acrylics for over 20 years and more recently have changed to SNS but this salon takes false nails to another level, which makes them look amazing.
The first time Mai put them on for me, they lasted nearly a month with no chips, breakages or splits. The reason, is Mai's excruciating attention to detail when she prepares the nails for the treatment.
I love the salon, it is so professional and clean and quite frankly I can only say, that this team get a 10/10 from me and I will continue to patronise them in the future.

Paid £35 for a rushed service with an awful finish, nails aren't straight and are wider at the end of my nail than my actual nail bed.
Hope they fix it tomorrow
