Gave this place a chance from a recommendation and highly dissatisfied and let's just say this is a place I can cross off the list. Went in for a full set and showed the guy how I wanted the shape and length well a few of my nails we're fine but 4 are slanted.. I told him 4 times there not straight,.. he said ok.. I thought he was goin to shape them better he did one so I have 3 still messed up and when I said something his response OK!..... Now I know he understood me cause asked me "do you like them?" I used to come here for a little while i feel like sandy has just been desprete for help she hired anyone The dude who did my nails cut me like i neverrrrr been cut before, he did such a horrrrrible paint job. I watched and listened to sandy coach him on what to do, how to file them down and how to paint them and etc so im windering is he even certified? also didnt like how i brought my child there who began to whine and sandy kicked me out. She said come back next time shes crying to much & even the customers were appauled for me and her worker even said "excuse her she has no kids she dont no any better" i will honestly never come here again. Great little nail salon in Daniel, Windsor! All the equipment was sanitized, a big hooray for good hygiene! The girls there are extremely friendly and offered me a glass of champagne! They gave you time to pick your colour/s etc. Much calmer than your average nail place, which made for a relaxing time. Treatment time was not rushed! I know there are a lot of places who like to have you in and out as soon as possible! Sandy is amazing!!! Bit only did she fix the hack job that the last place did but she did an exceptional job at the design I had done in both my nails and toes. I will most def be a repeat customer every 2 wks !!! And on top of it the atmosphere is so friendly with such nice and hard working lol who don't just do a half ass job but RLY put some effort into it.
