I asked for almond/oval nails , I ended up getting odd rounded nails!. I asked if she could re shape them to make them more pointed at the ends to what she said "can't go to pointed because my natural nail will grown" I've had this style of acrylics for years no problem!!

Hi, just went in today for full arms waxing, eyebrow shaping and lip and chin waxing. Awful experience, want to give them negative stars if possible. They don't even greet customers, no smile. So rude...
Hi, just went in today for full arms waxing, eyebrow shaping and lip and chin waxing. Awful experience, want to give them negative stars if possible. They don't even greet customers, no smile. So rude they just ask what we want. And full arm waxing experience was awful, more than half arms still had patches of hair and when asked her she said no there is no hair. They don't even reply properly, they just murmur something. The two female staff just keep talking to themselves in their own language. The most unprofessional staff ever seen. Please don't go there and waste your money. It feels annoying after the experience.

Good experience, very professional and quick, feels unfriendly however that is due to language barrier. Seem busy

Really rude staff, had waxing done in bad lighting, girl just grunted when, spoke to, still patches of hair, and she charged double the price shown on website. Do not waste your money.

Honestly if I could give no stars, I would. I went in to have infills for my overlays , having grown my nails to a lovely length and shape. Usually the lady I have is great but today I had one of the ...
Honestly if I could give no stars, I would. I went in to have infills for my overlays , having grown my nails to a lovely length and shape. Usually the lady I have is great but today I had one of the male technicians . I have been left with what I can only call stumps. No length , no shape , they are awful. I tried explains that I wanted to keep my nails and just overlay but he drilled them so fine they all broke and what was left he cut then filed away. I don't have two nails the same length or shape and when I tried to explain I wanted tips if he cut them short he insisted on overlaying instead. Never EVER again will they get near my nails
