Everyone in this salon is rude as well said in most reviews. Also, they employ young unexperienced girls who just do not know the job. Girls change every week. It's obvious that not even employees can stand the attitude here! The only one good in doing nails is the owner, but she is also rude, rushy and leading in attitude. Once I was extremely unhappy with a pedi and because I looked unhappy and I complained to the owner, saying simply that the new girl has no idea of pedi, they said I was impolite for not saying that "I am happy"!! Her husband once I had to pick up my phone from an urgent call, he shouted to me that "I delay him". Unacceptable. Such service retailers should close asap. Stay away.

Best Nails i have had they never break and always look amazing, the staff are always friendly and the owners are amazing and great attention to detail.

Do not even bother, unless you appreciate being spoken to like dirt! I thought the below reviews may have been over exaggerated, DO NOT GO HERE!!! SO RUDE!!! AWFUL ATTITUDE!!!! BAD NAILS!!!!

Every experience at Boutique Nails and Beauty has been wonderful. All the staff are lovely and it is a really nice atmosphere in the salon. The standard of their work is really high, I always get compliments on how lovely my nails look after having them done, and they last too!.
Sophie does the beauty treatments and my daughter goes to her for her eyebrows and waxing. She wont trust anywhere else to do her eyebrows!

Mid advise on treatments, treatments on the price list not given as too cheap, Amy tries to get the customer to pay more and have the more expensive treatment even when there are cheaper alternatives on their price list, Amy refuses to give these treatments.
Amy is very unwelcoming and makes it very clear that she prefers some clients to others in the way she converses with some and not others. I found her rude and unprofessional. Not a way to manage a business, all clients should feel welcome.
