Quoted one price over the phone but overcharged at shop. You’d expect a luxury pedicure for £35+. Was told pedicure is normally £40+?? Not even the salons that offer the “luxury pedicure” charge that much! Even in London! Massage chair wasn’t even working and probably was put on for less than a minute. Not all dead skin taken off and didn’t get the colour I asked for. Would not go back even though I have been going for years! Would rather pay the price somewhere else and actually get the “experience”. Definitely NOT worth the money and feel ripped off! Read Less

They were alright to an extent; the older woman there I found to be a bit rude - she was shoving my hands about and was generally quite unmannerly. The price certainly wasn't worth the service as what I had received as am end product was quite rudimentary. Another thing, even though we had booked an appointment, we still had to wait as some walk-in customers had obviously taken priority over us. Rude staff especially the man first of all told him I need to change shellac colour so he put nail polish remover on my nails and covered them with something like pegs, then after about 20 minutes came back and my nails all was failing off so he said oh I didn’t know u had sns the his wife replaces my nails which I only had done a day before .... then he has a cheek to ask me for the money for full set when I said no that’s your fault I’m not paying u I didn’t ask for new set the daughter said why did u let him take them off I DIDNT KNOW WHATBHEBWAS DOONG I DIDNT SOAK THEM HE HAD PEHS ON MY FINGERS !!!!! Then they all start yapping away in Chinese but he didn’t admit his fault anyway in a strop after all the customers looking at me as if I was coning them he said ok GIVE ME £20 and go. Terrible service, very RUDE problem after problem with nails & they had the cheek to blame me for their poor application!!! After years of using them I'm off to find a nail salon that looks after their clients!!! Good luck in the future, you'll need it. Read Less
