Peeled after 2 days. Made to wait for over 30 mins twice to fix before I gave up and had to leave. 3rd time lucky but made to pay £5 to get them corrected!!! Awful.

Have been doing my nails in this salon for over 2 years. Did my nails less than a week ago, had to re-do them again as the colour has gone patchy and the shape was terrible. Booked an appointment they...
Have been doing my nails in this salon for over 2 years. Did my nails less than a week ago, had to re-do them again as the colour has gone patchy and the shape was terrible. Booked an appointment they informed me that they have a slot in 10 minutes. Once I attended, after 10 minutes, they told me it will be another 20 minutes. I went away came back after 20 minutes and was told that they will be 5 minutes but ended up waiting for over 20 minutes again. Paid for parking twice and in the end I did not even get to do my nails. Greedy, uneducated people that have no customer service skills and after being a loyal customer for over 2 years I expected more! I will not be going requiring their services again if they paid me.

Well I never heard of anyone having to come home & put plasters on there finger after having there nails done.. was in so much pain from having them done😡😡 deep cuts Different shape to each side... ...
Well I never heard of anyone having to come home & put plasters on there finger after having there nails done.. was in so much pain from having them done😡😡 deep cuts Different shape to each side... it’s the second time they have cut my finger not the same member of staff both time... will never be going there again stay clear
