Awful awful awful - I asked for shellac mani & pedi. Water temp far too hot and scolded my feet. I stupidly put my feet in when told to, assuming they would have checked the temperature. Big mistake. - I was hoping for a design, they refused. They only do basic one colour nails for shellac. Not what you would expect from the "experts". - The colour of the shellac on my hands became discoloured after ONE day. I had chosen a pink shade and it started to get white patches and fading, getting worse and worse over the course of the week. Very cheap or expired products used I assume. - Nail technician along with all other members of staff spoke in their own language the whole time, I find this very rude. - Overheard someone complain about an issue with their nails and that they were unhappy. The member of staff was extremely unhelpful and disinterested, eventually suggesting the customer go elsewhere. Awful. Read Less

Been going there for a while now. Its the closest to my house, hence was bit of a compromise with quality. I only get Manicure+Pedicure with Shellac. Last time the Shellac peeled off within 1 week!! When I visited on 27/8/16, I asked for the same service - Manicure+Pedicure with Shellac on hands and toes. Pedicure was excellent this time. They seem to get it right sometimes and terribly wrong other times. It was meant to be half price on this occasion. They still ended up charging me almost the same price, and reasoning given was that half price is on one service only. The shellac on my fingers is already peeling off in 4 days! Read Less

Terrible service! Worst pedicure I've ever had. Overpriced. Cutting and filing of nails was done in a way ANY beauty therapist would know not to do. Nails now growing back to normal length and causing me so much pain. Quality of the shellac application was terrible. Smudged twice and took me threatening to not pay to get it fixed by someone else working there. Avoid. You can find much better places in the area where the price is worth it.Read Less
