I get so nervous walking in because you don’t get greeted or asked what you like , you have to just call it over to them. They literally do not acknowledge your presence. The staff are so rude the woman who was doing my nails “relax” harshly and was sighing & huffing the whole time while facetiming someone. It was a cold atmosphere, don’t go there lol x

Not happy at all. I've though to give them another chance but as always mean staff, no experience. As I enter I first asked if could be possibly done the design i've asked for and been told yes when actually not even 1% close to what I been asking. Really disappointed by them and definitely never go back in there! Under the nail gel stuck and as I pull to clean it off the gel of quarter of nail breaked off. I've never been in such a awful place before even I had my nails done in last 6 years.

I was not happy with the manicure and polish. It never lasted as I was given a trainee. I only liked the cup of tea as it was very cold that day.

Not happy at all, firstly the guy doing my nails wasn’t even looking at what he was doing, I asked if he was doing it right he nodded and carried on looking around the shop, he then filed my finger not my nail with the electric file due to not looking, been going here for years and never had this happen before. Have had my nails done 3 days and I’ve already had 2 nails brake. Won’t be going here again!!!

Got my nails done a week ago today and by the 5th day they are a complete mess! I got a pedicure not the cheap one and a gel nail, and my finger nails are chipping at least 6 of them. My toes are als...
Got my nails done a week ago today and by the 5th day they are a complete mess! I got a pedicure not the cheap one and a gel nail, and my finger nails are chipping at least 6 of them. My toes are also peeling 7 of them to be exact. The lady did a manicure on my nails and I had to keep pointing out clear pieces of skin to clip and also to even out the thumb nails so that it did not chip and mess up the gel nail. Long and behold she still half did it and here we are a week later actually less than when they initially started chipping. What a waist of 70 bucks. I am going to revisit them today and show them the poor job they have done. They don't even need to redo it just take it all off and refund my money that would be the proper a satisfying way to fix it.

Very poor service. I went there the first time. The guy who was serving me was so rude. The prices are ridiculously high. Not happy with the way my nails were done too. Everytime the guy would speak to me so rudely as if I didn't know what I am doing. As I was leaving the lady who took money from me chatted to the guy and looked at me and laughed. I felt as if they made fun of me. I had a very bad experience. Never again am i stepping in there. I would not recommend going there.

Very poor service. I went there the first time. The guy who was serving me was so rude. The prices are ridiculously high. Not happy with the way my nails were done too. Everytime the guy would speak to me so rudely as if I didn't know what I am doing. As I was leaving the lady who took money from me chatted to the guy and looked at me and laughed. I felt as if they made fun of me. I had a very bad experience. Never again am i stepping in there. I would not recommend going there.

Very poor customer service wasn't friendly at all they didn't do the nails correctly and 3 nails broke not worth recommending to anyone and definitely not worth the money they charge. I've had my nails done for 11 years and never been to a place like it was not impressed or happy at all 😐😡

I have previously experienced a good standard of customer service. And was recommended the service through family. I will not be using their services and telling my friends and family not to use them as I had an appalling last experience. First I was told to remove my own shellac nails. Secondly whilst I was waiting they decided to serve another lady as she said she was in a hurry. I thought standard service is if you hadn't prebooked then you take your turn. This wOman had just walked in without an appointment

I get so nervous walking in because you don’t get greeted or asked what you like , you have to just call it over to them. They literally do not acknowledge your presence. Not happy at all. I've though to give them another chance but as always mean staff, no experience. As I enter I first asked if could be possibly done the design i've asked for and been told yes when actually not even 1% close to what I been asking. Really disappointed by them and definitely never go back in there! Under the nail gel stuck and as I pull to clean it off the gel of quarter of nail breaked off. Got my nails done a week ago today and by the 5th day they are a complete mess! I got a pedicure not the cheap one and a gel nail, and my finger nails are chipping at least 6 of them. My toes are also peeling 7 of them to be exact. The lady did a manicure on my nails and I had to keep pointing out clear pieces of skin to clip and also to even out the thumb nails so that it did not chip and mess up the gel nail.
