I have had some good pedicures here but had my first shellac manicure here a couple of weeks ago, looked good but they caked and baked it on so today when I went back they of course could not get it...
I have had some good pedicures here but had my first shellac manicure here a couple of weeks ago, looked good but they caked and baked it on so today when I went back they of course could not get it off. I never have this problem at my regular place.
Now have very damaged nails as they are machine heavy and sliced offf nail.
Mostly male workers in there now who are mostly impolite and talk amongst themselvess so you can't understand.
The only woman there today was very rude and offhand. I do not pay money to be made to feel a problem. No sense of customer service and do not think they are adequately trained. Terrible smell of cigarette smoke too.
Back to my reliable and professional place in future.

Been here a few times now and they never disappoint.Friendly staff and they're really quick and very talented.Had my eyebrows waxed here last week as well and the young lady that did my brows was amaz...
Been here a few times now and they never disappoint.Friendly staff and they're really quick and very talented.Had my eyebrows waxed here last week as well and the young lady that did my brows was amazing and it only cost me £5,going to get a pedicure done as well as my nails the next time I'm there.Keep up the Good work guys.x

My stick on Primark nails look better than what these guys have done. I'm so upset because I got them done for my birthday. Never go here.

Very rude technician... accused me of watching tv and not concentrating forcing his nail file to slip ( I wasn’t at the time I was looking directly at my nails when this happened) this made me feel ve...
Very rude technician... accused me of watching tv and not concentrating forcing his nail file to slip ( I wasn’t at the time I was looking directly at my nails when this happened) this made me feel very uncomfortable and ruined the experience.
Then the UV light wasn’t switched on and it was my fault as I didn’t tell him?! Should it be not the technicians responsibility to check his equipment?
Never thought I could do so much wrong it the short space of 45 minutes but clearly I did!
Real shame as he did my nails the best they have ever been done but need work on the customer service skills.
Lost business here I’m afraid which is a shame as I have my nails done every 3 weeks without fail but I don’t like to get my nails done and be told off!

I have had my nails done for many years. After 6 months of not having my nails done I decided to get a gel polish. On the phone I was told £20 which is standard and I was happy with that. Firstly the woman was very machine heavy with my nails and I wasn't that happy but gave her the benefit of doubt however she then went to paint my nails without doing my cuticles or trimming the skin around my nails. When questioned she said I should have booked a manicure for £25. Yes it's only £5 and still not badly priced however I have never had to book anywhere a separate manicure for them to do a proper job of painting nails, I didn't want anything fancy just to make them neater. I walked out and went down the road to pretty nails who really looked after me and did a great job and include cuticles in the price!

Very rude technician... accused me of watching tv and not concentrating forcing his nail file to slip ( I wasn’t at the time I was looking directly at my nails when this happened) this made me feel very uncomfortable and ruined the experience.
