Got my nails done last week. After 4 days one came off, so I went back and had it replaced. 2 days later another 3 came off. So i went back again. I explained I go away tomorrow and I’m not confident that the others aren’t going to just fall off. Rather than re do them and make sure they were done correctly, they advised I would be charged a further £10. Obviously not happy with this they said I could speak to the manager, so I said yes please, to which he then said, she’s not here! Awful Customer service. Never had any issues with acrylics in the past, but was told my nails don’t suit acrylics due to my natural nails being too wet would not be going back!!

Really good! I got a full set of acrylic nails and they are good quality, only had to wait 5 minutes and the staff were very polite!

Nails look nice but attention to care lacked and glue left on skin which then got filed leaving my thumb with a large cut and bleeding.
