Rude staff and overpriced. Had my second and my last visit today, hoping this time the service would be better, not knowing that it was actually worse. They are not even bothered to use simple social manners or even clean the workplace. What they do for £48 could be done for £25 in many other places in Reading with longer lasting nails. The stuff seriously need some basic customer care training!!!

Worst pedicure I have ever had..took about 20 minutes..the man could have cared less what he did..he was rough, in a hurry to go play on his phone, did not cut my cuticles properly, the massage was a joke. Terrible!

My nails didn’t even last 10 days, they painted the wrong nails after I explained what design I wanted. I booked my nail appointment they completely forgot I was coming, overall I was extremely disappointed as the nails didn’t look anything like the ones off Instagram and to be charged £30 for nails that hardly last is very annoying.

I love this place. Been coming here for years. Their service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. They can get pretty busy so if you have a tight schedule you might want to make an appointment...

Other than waiting to be seated with a nail tech (wait can be up to 45min before your serviced) the work is great&they remember you as a client. Theyre my fav on cape.

Rude staff and overpriced. Had my second and my last visit today, hoping this time the service would be better, not knowing that it was actually worse. They are not even bothered to use simple social manners or even clean the workplace. What they do for £48 could be done for £25 in many other places in Reading with longer lasting nails.
