Absolutely awful!! I was moved chairs 3 times, had multiple people do my nails. The 3 technicians were literally running between clients doing bits each!! My nails were filled 9 yes 9 times!!!! They were even filled underneath!! They applied regular nail polish which I saw them add acetone to (a thinner to make the polish go further when the bottles already empty, waters it down affecting the polish considerably) didn’t wait for the nail polish to dry before adding a second coat and then adding a semi lac top coat, which I paid even more for (this type cures with uv rather than air dries) so the underneath layers were squishy and of course the polish would dent on the slightest touch. Most nails had smudged and chipped within a day. When I mentioned these things and even showed them my hands and the problems they’d caused, I was just told I was wrong and the 2 male staff were extremely rude! I came out with my nail beds feeling like my fingers had been hit with a hammer and cuts and bleeding around my nails. NEVER AGAIN! Read Less
