Well what Can I say. From the first time I stepped in through the door I have had nothing but praise for this place, not just their customer care but their outright professionalism. I can see why it is so hard to obtain an appointment here and booking well in advance is the only way forward .. Their staff are superb and talented, and always welcome customers with a smile. I had my nails done the other week by Cici and the attention to detail with the nail art and overall design I was amazed. I would recommend this salon above all others, by far the best around and easily the best I have been to date.
I will be going back again and will try to sample the many other beauty treatments they have on offer.

Thank you for my pedicure ! I would highly recomend this place. The staff is really nice and knowledgeable. The owner cares that everyone is treated very well. I had problem with my nails spliting and I recieved great avice and awesome service.

Took my partner 2 hours 30 minutes to get her nails done here. Fingers were just a plain colour and French polish on her feet. The lady doing it was her first day but we need to be at Reading station ...
Took my partner 2 hours 30 minutes to get her nails done here. Fingers were just a plain colour and French polish on her feet. The lady doing it was her first day but we need to be at Reading station for 12 which we wasn't.

Lovely, Lovely, Lovely. I had been going to another nail salon in Caversham for the past 6 years but was hardly every 100% happy but could never get an appointment at Bespoke as they are so popular! Finally got an appointment and loved my expierance they are all lovely and I am so happy with my nails. They are all lovely and it did not once feel rushed. They definitely have a new customer for life now I would never even consider going anywhere else now I have been here and I would recommend them to everyone.

I had a wonderful facial and a hot stone massage here. The therapist was really knowledgeable and friendly and she used products that felt and smelt lovely. My shoulder muscles were soft and relaxed ...
I had a wonderful facial and a hot stone massage here. The therapist was really knowledgeable and friendly and she used products that felt and smelt lovely. My shoulder muscles were soft and relaxed after the massage instead of being like concrete as they usually are. After the facial my skin was really hydrated and it made me look younger. Both treatments were so relaxing. I found the parking easy too as there is a large free car park behind the shops. I would highly recommend Bespoke.

Well what Can I say. From the first time I stepped in through the door I have had nothing but praise for this place, not just their customer care but their outright professionalism. I can see why it is so hard to obtain an appointment here and booking well in advance is the only way forward .. Their staff are superb and talented, and always welcome customers with a smile. I had my nails done the other week by Cici and the attention to detail with the nail art and overall design I was amazed. I would recommend this salon above all others, by far the best around and easily the best I have been to date.

Lovely, Lovely, Lovely. I had been going to another nail salon in Caversham for the past 6 years but was hardly every 100% happy but could never get an appointment at Bespoke as they are so popular! Finally got an appointment and loved my expierance they are all lovely and I am so happy with my nails. They are all lovely and it did not once feel rushed. They definitely have a new customer for life now I would never even consider going anywhere else now I have been here and I would recommend them to everyone.
