I was very satisfied with lees customer service! He had to stay a little bit after closing hours to finish up my set. It seemed as if he didn't mind at all! Such a positive vibe! Also very welcoming! Last Saturday I went with a friend and she got a pedicure and a full set and I got a full set. So as I wait to get my full set of nails they SKIP me so the person who got there AFTER me can get her nails done because my friend was still getting a pedi! NOT COOL! 30 seconds later my friend is done with her pedi then they sit her down so she can get her full set while I'm still waiting. Had I gone my turn we would have avoided 30 mins! Then to top it off I left without the nail... color I wanted! I was excited to get chrome nails and they said they could do it! The man who did my nails left them so thin they didn't even last a week! Exactly 4 nails broke! They asked me like 20 times to get gel and I told them like 30 times I didn't want gel! (Exaggerating but it felt like that) They insisted I had to get gel for the chrome effect which is a LIE!!! Because I've seen others use nail polish not gel! Okay, I don't even know where to start! This place exceeded beyond my expectations! My sister and I got our nails done here, and they came out beautiful! My cousin got a wax as well and she claimed it was the best, most painless wax she's ever gotten. It also came out looking great. The staff is so friendly, too!
