Been here twice and will never come back. Worst quality acrylic manicure I have ever had. Made me wait for almost an hour to redo the nails after I complained. The other salons in Newbury are much better. Avoid this one!

I been there twice and I won't anymore.
Staff rude
I already had shellac on my nails and they were long and I was in fil and I asked to put a bit short my nails and she almost cut it everything out

I was go to this place twice and I no go to comeback anymore. They no are professional and also they are so rude , no care the customer and have bad forms . My nails look so horrible.The owner is impolite. I no recommended this place .

I rarely get my nails done and went here for what I thought would be a 'treat'. I asked politely if they wouldn't mind making some of nails a bit shorter as they didn't look even to me. The guy huffe...
I rarely get my nails done and went here for what I thought would be a 'treat'. I asked politely if they wouldn't mind making some of nails a bit shorter as they didn't look even to me. The guy huffed at me and then spoke to his colleague in their language.
Later when he was applying the gel and was finishing I noticed he'd got gel on 3 of my fingers, I asked if he could wipe it off and he 'tutted' and huffed again at me.
I gave him the £20 cash and left saying I wouldn't return as he'd been so rude.
There is no way I'd return or recommend a place like this. They don't deserve the business and their method ruin your nails.

Seriously overpriced, paid £50 to have gel put on hands and feet. They barely shaped them and didn't take any care putting the varnishes on. Only 5 days later and they've started coming off already. R...
Seriously overpriced, paid £50 to have gel put on hands and feet. They barely shaped them and didn't take any care putting the varnishes on. Only 5 days later and they've started coming off already. Really unhappy, will not be going back again!

The workers are ok but they constantly speak there own language and leave u every 5minutes there really bossy and snatched my stuff out my I had them pushing past me there all really rude I came out and the varnish wasn't done properly and all my nails are on wonky

I rarely get my nails done and went here for what I thought would be a 'treat'. I asked politely if they wouldn't mind making some of nails a bit shorter as they didn't look even to me. The guy huffed at me and then spoke to his colleague in their language.
