Have had some really lovely manicures here but brought my mum for a pedicure as treat and it was AWFUL. Not only were the staff rude but they burnt her feet so badly when they made the water too hot that she shouted in pain... No apology either. A shame because most staff are lovely and I'd still come here to get my nails done but would never get a pedicure here again. Read Less

I have had a lot of Shellac manicures, this was by far the worst. Having recently moved to the area, I was looking for a new local business to support. Nails not filed smoothly, paint applied is streaky and 3 nails have bumps. It was raised with the technician at the time of which she looked, filed a small section and said it won't chip - she completed it within 8 minutes. Was talking to other customers whilst I was trying to raise issues and pay. She honestly couldn't have cared less. I would go back and complain however I certainly will not be returning nor recommending. Read Less
