Ruined my nails that I had been growing for weeks 2 days before my wedding. I said I wanted them square with round edges granted, but there was no conversation about how he would take all length off to do that. I turned to answer a question from one of the group of friends I was with and when I turned back he'd filed them so vigorously it hurt right down past the skin. So I had driven past this little gem so many times, last week I finally stopped my car and walked in. I was greeted by the owner Shanel,what a delightful and interesting lady, she accommodated my request to have an appointment later than normal. The day I came in at 6;30pm and I was greeted by her very professional and friendly staff. I sat on the thrones and a lovely lady called Oana gave me the best pedicure of my life. I actually felt like I had new feet. I then sat down w...ith the funniest young man Lee. This guy is a whizz at Infills, I was so impressed with his professional manner. He is very passionate about his work and that reflected in his standards too. I finally sat down with Oana again who did some amazing designs on my nails. She understood me and my needs perfectly. I went for the first time as the reviews were so good. I wasn't offered a coffee. The man was on the phone the whole time I was there and even ordered his lunch while in the salon. I had to return to the salon as there was an issue with the finish on one of my nails. On closer inspection (put my glasses on after I left) the shellac polish was applied very unevenly and did not cover the whole nail. A week later the shellac was wearing off the tip of two of my nails. I have removed it and returned to lyns nails in Burnham where I have received a great result. They may not chat but the do the business and are worth the money. No ill not need the loyalty card for babbling on. Sorry ladies. Read Less

I took my daughter for a pre birthday pamper treat , I have never come across such lovely friendly ladies who treated my daughter like a princess and making her feel special .she now has gorgoues finger & toe nails and is looking forward to going back , I was made to feel very welcomed and relaxed whilst waiting for her .think we will may become regular visitors .thank you babbling on A* service xx Read Less

Had my nails done today for the first time here. What an amazingly professional yet totally friendly group of people. I love this place! So friendly and professional! No waiting for ages when you have booked an appointment ( unlike some other places!) I love all the staff, and the management. Babbling on is a lovely luxurious salon where service to the client is key. It's not like a regular nail bar, you won't feel like you are rushed and it's an experience. I have been while there are parties and little get togethers, the atmosphere is friendly and you actually have a laugh. I had my pedicure and gel done at babbling on and love the quality and service. I neglect my nails - don't usually do anything with them at all. Over the Easter hols I had a holiday coming up with some family celebrations so I thought I'd treat myself. I got some lovely bio sculpture nails done and I love them! I was so nervous walking into this salon with my 3year old daughter as she can play up massively but all the staff was so kind & welcoming, whilst I had my nails done my daughter kicked off wanting hers done so they painted her nails for her!
