Second time this has happened now. The man cut me numerous times on both times with the machine causing me to bleed due to rushing. The first time I chose a colour and he put it back by accident and brought back the wrong colour and painted my nails with it. The sister then did my toes at the massage chairs whilst speaking loudly on her phone and not paying attention. She keeps stopping my nails to talk and then shows me messages on her phone asking me to translate (still not doing her job). She also rushes through the job and seems so disinterested to do the job properly, and tries to make up for it by complimenting me every second. Not to mention, for small amounts of money (up to £20) they will allow you to pay with card, anything more than that they ask you to go draw cash out, even if the card machine is working and the person before you just paid with card. The only explanation they have for this is ‘for big amounts we prefer cash’. It’s obvious what’s going on there. Been going to them for the past 5 years. Friendly staff and treat you like family. A good friend of mine had throat cancer and couldn't talk that well and the staff treated her with respect and kindness. She also used a walking frame and sometimes used a wheelchair and they never they turn her away. Read Less

My daughter and I visited this nail salon today for the first time. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. As soon as I walked in the door, I was promptly greeted. We had our nails done by the owner, Andy. He was very friendly and did a nice job on our nails. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because we waited close to an hour to get our nails done, but it was a Saturday afternoon and we did not have an appointment so fair enough. Wow!!! This place is Absolutely Amazing! They can do any design and they do it very well! The artwork and atmosphere are so relaxing and they have the best massage chairs while getting a hot stone pedicure! They even have beautiful sinks and a nice aquarium ☺️ Read Less
