I’ve given this salon many chances but nothing changes... overall they do a nice job at the end but it’s the experience that effects my opinion, they talk about you in there Own language and that makes me uncomfortable, they also have a sort temper with you.... 😕 Read Less

Walked in without an appointment for a £35 deluxe shellac manicure - they were busy but there was one (of two) pedicure bays available and they fit me in immediately, which I was grateful for. However, I was then given a 5 minute rushed (and rather rough) wash, peel and scrub by a male technician, then made to leave the massage chair that I was enjoying and ushered to a seat at a manicure bay instead, so the foot spa could be cleaned and the next client could be put there. He then proceeded to sit on a stool and apply the shellac on my toes from behind the manicure bench, my feet taking turns resting on his knee and going in and out of the drying lamp on the floor (in amongst the nail clippings and dead skin of strangers). The shellac looks fine but to make matters worse he cut me under one of my pinkie toes. Feels as though they’re all about churning through as many clients as possible rather than providing a good quality service. Will not return. Read Less

I have had the worst experience today. Having a pedicure and nails done for my holidays tomorrow. Thought I'd treat myself to what I thought would be a lovely treat. I was so wrong! Firstly the lady doing my pedicure cut so deep into the big toe she made it bleed. She was trying to cover it up with cotton wool until I made a statement that it hurt. She said sorry then started laughing! No antiseptic or care at all. Then I was ushered over to her seating area while I waited patiently while she done another customers pedicure, ( my toe still bleeding and sore). I was totally ignored when I told another chap who came to paint my nails to be careful it was sore. The first lady came and took over half way through my toes being painted not once apologising about my toe., (still bleeding). I ask for nail art big toes. The art was good but the pattern did not match on both toes which looks odd. I also wanted art on my finger nails but to be honest I was so stressed I just wanted to get away, so I didn't ask I didn't even wait for any change, she didn't even look at me when I paid she had already went onto the next customer . It was rushed and disorganised, trying to get as many people in as they can. My toe is still very painful hopefully will feel better to walk tomorrow when I go away. I will never use these again!!!
