I only gave a one as you need to give a star to be able to leave review. NEVER, EVER GO HERE!!!!! Had a 1pm appointment but wasn't seen till half past which really pissed me off as I had things to do ...
I only gave a one as you need to give a star to be able to leave review. NEVER, EVER GO HERE!!!!! Had a 1pm appointment but wasn't seen till half past which really pissed me off as I had things to do that day, if I had known what was in store I would of just gone to my normal shop and waited for proper customer service. The girls in there are rude and inexperienced, I went in for a pedicure and left still needing a pedicure. The girl seemed like a level 2 apprentice and didn't have a clue. She cut me and only really gave me a foot scrub, when I then asked if she was finished filing my foot she said yes when she did not take off one bit of dead skin, i then said I'll wait for the other worker who was working on another lady and she told me no I would have to stay with the one who I was unhappy with. As a paying customer I was not happy with the 'job she was doing' and to be told I have no choice but to remain unhappy was really bad customer service. Another girl than came and done a little something but my feet where no different and left the same way that I entered. This place is awful and such a rip off none of them know how to do nails or even give good customer service, it pained me to still have to pay them the Β£20 for something I still have to do at home. NEVER, NEVER, EVER GO HERE!!! PLEASE SAVE YOU'RE MONEY!!!!

this was the worst salon i have ever been to all my life.The girls were friendly but poor service and very overpriced.The choice of shellac was poor and what they had weren't nice colours so i left without shellac.I should have taken notice of the reviews.STAY AWAY

Awful nail bar, I walked out as they advertise OPI nails and actually use a cheap ripoff that you can buy on Amazon. Do not use!!!

This has to be one of worst nail salons i have ever been too, highly unprofessional, staff who did not seem to know what they were doing, they took 25 minutes to remove my shellac with an electric fil...
This has to be one of worst nail salons i have ever been too, highly unprofessional, staff who did not seem to know what they were doing, they took 25 minutes to remove my shellac with an electric file and kept nipping my fingers, clumsy and not practised.They kept passing me other people and a really rubbish selection of colours and shellac, the place did not look hygienic or clean either.
In the end i got up and left- i preferred to leave with my nails half finished than endure that anymore, they then charged me Β£10 for the pleasure of removing my shellac polish and taking 30 minutes to do so, needless to say i wont be returning.

Just had my nails done, very very dissapointed with the attention to detail, i mean she did right hand square and left hand almond shape!! I kept pointing this out to her and instead of her fixing it, she started calling her other team members to point out the fact that she has been in the job for 8 years and she cannot do no wrong! Absolutely appaling unprofessional behaviour she was constantly chatting to her friends and family who kept popping in and out of the shop! And as a result my nails werent even and she had to refile again several times! Honestly i have had my nails done every single month for years and this is the worst nail job i've ever had!! not going back here again, only went there today because my regular nail place is shut on a sunday. Waste of money!!

I only gave a one as you need to give a star to be able to leave review. NEVER, EVER GO HERE!!!!! Had a 1pm appointment but wasn't seen till half past which really pissed me off as I had things to do that day, if I had known what was in store I would of just gone to my normal shop and waited for proper customer service. The girls in there are rude and inexperienced, I went in for a pedicure and left still needing a pedicure. The girl seemed like a level 2 apprentice and didn't have a clue. this was the worst salon i have ever been to all my life.The girls were friendly but poor service and very overpriced.The choice of shellac was poor and what they had weren't nice colours so i left without shellac.I should have taken notice of the reviews.STAY AWAY

Just had my nails done, very very dissapointed with the attention to detail, i mean she did right hand square and left hand almond shape!! I kept pointing this out to her and instead of her fixing it, she started calling her other team members to point out the fact that she has been in the job for 8 years and she cannot do no wrong! Absolutely appaling unprofessional behaviour she was constantly chatting to her friends and family who kept popping in and out of the shop! And as a result my nails werent even and she had to refile again several times!
