I went in and i waited in the que over an hour and the service as i walked in was not acknowledging i came so i took a seat and once i spoke i wanted to get my nails done the staff were not poorly spoken in the sense they have no acknowledgement in terms of speaking in a well mannered way. The service is rude and the quality of the work is poor. I was not given the gel I asked for and the colour was changed without asking me and the final result was messy. Then when I complained all the people in the shop including a large bald man literally started shouting at me, telling me that it was my fault. Shocking behaviour. Also: overpriced much better, cheaper and friendlier places available ie the salon next to Barclays Bank. I would give this place a lower rating if possible. Read Less

I would give a negative rating if I could. My daughter has had her nails manicured many times before in other establishments without any problems. I being a 57 year old father know nothing about nails but usually tell her how good they look, but not when they were done here. Even I could see that they were a total mess. The painting was uneven and rough around the edges, the nails were not square, two of her fingers were bleeding. I could have done a better job! She returned with her mother to ask for a refund of the £16 she had paid. When asked to see the person in charge was told no one was available. When one of the ladies who worked there was asked if she felt the nails were ok (although she would not confirm that they weren’t) she agreed to give a full refund. Then the guy who had done the nails stood up and got VERY ANGRY shouting and saying that no refund should be given. Everyone who worked there put their heads down and went quite. No refund was received, no apology my daughter and her mother left under a torrent of abuse feeling very intimidated. AVOID THIS PLACE – the nail bar in the indoor market is great and corrected this disaster. Read Less
