I visited this store today and me and my sister requested the same nails and showed a picture. We had our nails done by two different people. The lady that did mine did it completely wrong and when I returned to show how mine and my Sisters nails were completely different she was rude and dismissive. She eventually did my nails again however she was very rough and aggressive with the way she was handling my acrylics that I was in pain. I will never return to this store again and suggest others don’t either. Their pricing is not in anyway reflective of the level of service they provide. I suggest some immediate training of staff in store first in customer service and second in how to actually do nails. Read Less

Lovely staff and they do a great job, but waiting time can be an issue. Even if you book an appointment you can still get kept waiting for a fair amount of time. But overall a lovely nail salon, with a great choice of polishes to choose from. Read Less
