Normally when i go to American nails thwy do a great job but today I feel my nails were rushed and they are not as good as they normally are my nails were painted while the lady who was painting them ...
Normally when i go to American nails thwy do a great job but today I feel my nails were rushed and they are not as good as they normally are my nails were painted while the lady who was painting them was standing up and the the nail paint was all around my skin. .

Nails are OK. Had gels done, they can pass you about if they are busy so I had 2 people start my nails before a 3rd actually do them. I think its a little over priced considering when I had a closer l...

never had my nails looking so bad, till gel polish part it wasnt too bad but when some girl took me to do gel polish she ruined everything basically, put so much polish it all went to the sides and le...
never had my nails looking so bad, till gel polish part it wasnt too bad but when some girl took me to do gel polish she ruined everything basically, put so much polish it all went to the sides and left nails looking fat cos of too much gel polish on top, sides not covered. Overpriced for such a quality. Big disappointment.

Went there with my daughter. First time of having acrylics for me. They explained every step, worked well as a team and did a great job. Bumped into one of my daughter's friends in there. Both girls had awful experiences elsewhere and told me this salon came highly recommended by family and friends. I can see why. Thank you team.

After one fay after I paid £75 for pedicure and manicure (shellac) the nail polish chipped. The prize is higher than in London, quality worse... Not happy at all. I went back to complain about the chi...
After one fay after I paid £75 for pedicure and manicure (shellac) the nail polish chipped. The prize is higher than in London, quality worse... Not happy at all. I went back to complain about the chip, so I got around 4 more layers on top of the old once... And it was very uneven and not looking good.

Asked for shellac and they didn't paint my nails properly some nails not painted till the edges basically trying to do fastest job possible with poorest results to get u to come back quicker . Never again tried here so many times and never been happy with any of their services

I have been using this shop since it's opened, at least 14 years ago Vicky the owner is very experienced and very good at her job,i sumtimes imagine my own design tell her about it and she can do it. ...
I have been using this shop since it's opened, at least 14 years ago Vicky the owner is very experienced and very good at her job,i sumtimes imagine my own design tell her about it and she can do it. She is very talented and very polite all the staff are friendly and polite.this is defo nail shop off the year,they even call me by my name when I go in and remember story's we have spoke about from last time,it goes to show there listening,vicky ur the best love kelly

Previous times I've been have been perfect great, nails and customer service was amazing!
Yesterday went it to get nails done with a friend and thought everything was okay, until they hit my skin with the electric filer which burned and made me bleed a little.
Then I asked for 'coffin shaped nails' two of them look like the image I have shown to them to make sure they knew, all the others look squared.
Furthermore, I now have half a nail on my thumb from where she cut it from the sides and filed down I also asked if I could have them a bit shorter in which they didn't do even though I asked many times!
Still debating if I want to return again or go some where else.

Went there with my daughter. First time of having acrylics for me. They explained every step, worked well as a team and did a great job. Bumped into one of my daughter's friends in there. Asked for shellac and they didn't paint my nails properly some nails not painted till the edges basically trying to do fastest job possible with poorest results to get u to come back quicker . Never again tried here so many times and never been happy with any of their services
