Came in for a manicure and the boss lady is very nice she even looked after a customers baby while the customer had her nails done, the treatment went on for a good half an hour and the baby was getting a little uncomfortable. Nice service and great result. Read Less

Very nice experience. Even though some of the staff dont speak perfectly English but they are all very friendly and treated me very well here. Its sad people feel offended when they speak to each other in their native tongue...surely we don't expect the staff to not communicate to each other when they are working nearly all day and not all of them have perfect English levels yet. I went to have my nails done on Christmas Eve full set of acrylics, I woke up on Christmas Day and 1 had come away from my nail and was catching that then pinged of then I had 2 more that came off with half of my nail! So then they were bleeding and very short! The acrylic was so thin so I had cut them all down and today went in to show the lady she then blamed it on my nails I explained I always have acrylics and within 4 days this should not have happened she then started getting angry and repeating herself that it was my nails not her work!! She then said she will repair the 3 I said no as I want them all taken off as I don’t want the rest to damage my nails she then said to me that she will give me my money back and to never return to her shop! And threw the money over the till which then landed On the floor so I then had to pick it up from the floor in front or other customers! I went in there very calm and I didn’t want to cause a seen or write a review but after that i thought I am going to as there are a total joke in there no customer service skills at all and they are all so rude!!!!!! I booked an appointment at Amy's Nails earlier this week for a gel french pedicure. After reading the reviews I almost cancelled but I'm so pleased that I didn't. They used good quality Shellac products and I was very happy with the results. Day 3 and they still look perfect. Read Less

worst experience I've ever had! I've NEVER had a technician tell me to "file my nails further later" to get the shape I want, she said if I have nail experience I can do it myself later, the tools absolutely had not been sanitized. Never before have I had someone tell me their years in the nail industry are superior to mine, or tell me I can finish them myself. The nails are extremely bendy and weak, and filled with air bubbles. Left before the acrylic manicure was finished, I paid 25$ I still should not have paid and left. I will absolutely be calling state board about the dirty files being used on multiple guests. Horrible rude service, horrible product and horrible hygiene. Read Less

Way too expensive and way too fast. I had gel on my nails when I went to this joke called "Amy Nails", my former nail technician never spent less than 2 hours to get the job done for only £20. I had to come to this salon 'cause I moved to LB and it was quite difficult to go to London just to get my nails done and the lady here removed the gel I had before and did my manicure and 30 minutes! and charged me £40 for it. And also my nails lasted just 2 days over 1(!) week and when the nail polish chipped, it chipped with most of my natural nail, and I had glue all over my hands. I really don't recommend it. I had a terrible experience getting a pedicure here. I chose the 2nd most expensive pedicure option, which includes massaging the lower legs. Their idea of massage is wiping their hand over the shin twice. My feet were so rough afterwards they wanted on anything they touched. The woman who did the pedicure chewed me out for not coming in sooner and left a large bit of dead skin on my left heel, where my weight bears, causing my heel to swell until the skin split. Definitely not going back there. I recommend everyone avoid this place for pedicures until they learn how to do them. Read Less

I strongly advise anyone and everyone not to use Amy Nails. I have recently moved so wanted a more local nail place (I have been using USA Nails in Hemel for over a year and a half) I had already decided that I would never be going back to Amy Nails after the amount of times they cut me (4 weeks later you can still see one of the marks!) I returned back to USA Nails in Hemel only to be told what a state my nails were in and asked where I had been to get them done the last time! As much as it is inconvenient travelling to Hemel I will always go there from now on. Please stay away from Amy Nails. Read Less

I think they are great, the quality has improved so much in the last few years, since it became sort of a family business. Bee (i do apologise for the wrong spelling) is a great master, nails never chip or break. I am impressed with her work. The rest of the crew is great too, friendly and helpful. Well done! Read Less
