I started going to this nail shop as it was close and I rarely had to wait a long time to get served. After some time I started getting fed up with the fact my nails always snap when I go here, sometimes a day after I’d already have 2-3 broken nails, I was always polite and friendly to the staff and also them to me. But when I raised the problem about my nails continuously snapping the owner started shouting at me saying it’s my fault. I expected them to fix it for free seeming as it has been 1 day since my fresh set but she demanded £5 so I just gave them their money and never went back. Also they over charge for simple designs and the nail polish doesn’t last long on the nails I don’t think they use a quality top coat you would have to pay extra. Today is Sunday, one day gone after my last visit their service. Still feeling bad, disappointed, very very sad and upset. after 10 years! Yesterday the owner treated me as an intruder. I paid more than normal, even that my nails look worse than before, my skin has been bleeding, it hurt me when she was cleaning my nails, I felt like I would come there and make any problem, After that I was crying but I said to myself never again and that's enough. I always tried to be kind and be very nice to the staff. I was not happy from their service very often in the past but I thought everyone can have a bad day. After yesterday's visit when my weekend has been broken by the owner! I need to find another place when I expect good service and both sides should be happy. I've been coming here for 5 years now and feel like this shop is home I travel 2 hours from the other coast of Florida to visit my family here and always try to time my mani/pedis for when I'm here and can come see Koi and the rest of the wonderful technicians/artists here at La Belle. This is one of the dirtiest nail shops. I've been there twice and each time the experience was worse the lady in charge there is extremely rude and I noticed very unhygienic practices. We Started going to Deep nail salon across from Kohls & Walmart and had a great experience. We will never go to labelle again. Their customer service is terrible. Extremely disappointed. I have come here for years and yesterday I was charged completely inflated prices and sorry to say, I won't be back.
