Please please beware!!! I would not advice anyone to come and do there nails here, first of all the man is very rude, he started pulling my hands whilst doing my nails which really hurt. on top of it the nails came out awful. All they are bothered about is money I couldn’t even pick what colour I wanted to do without the man being impatient I felt very uncomfortable.The customer service is very awful and they treat certain people with respect they offered everyone a cup of tea apart for me who had been there all morning. I have been coming here for quite sometime, and today I went in to have a gel manicure. Well I understand their was 2 ladies ahead of me, so one woman I don't know her name got me started with my picking my color and get my cuticles soaked. Well, I waited for almost 30 mins, and the girl at the Gel bar had the nerve to ask if I needed something. Uh yeah I've been sitting here for quite sometime I told her. So I just walked out, I got there at 2pm and she asked me what I wanted at 2:39 pm. Sadly I won't be coming back ever, not that it matters. If you fancy being pampered don't go in here. Pedicure advertised as a special offer for £20. I asked the lady and she said she would do it. She then called a man out who spoke very little English. Quickest pedicure ever. Soaked feet for two minutes., then proceeded to attack me with cuticle removing tool and trimmers, that hurt! Bleeding from the side of my big toe. When he got the hard skin remover blade out I was quite frankly scared, did this very fast resulting in patches of hard skin left behind and sore patch to the bottom of my foot. Next, foot scrub,about 30 seconds each foot. Quick scrape with nail file leaving my toe nails uneven! Then dried and told to sit at the nail station. Told him I could not having him pushing my foot in the air like he did when doing the hard skin. Not sure he understood but he crouched on the floor to do my nails. Picked a colour. A deep sparkly red, he did something wrong because you could see through it, I think there should have been some sort of Base coat. Tried to explain to no avail so I asked the other lady and I assume she told him to take it off. He then used a grinder thing? Felt like my toenails were on fire. At this point I told him to stop. Explained he was hurting me and I didn't want him to do any more. The lady took over and painted a different colour. Nice finish but they don't look great because he has filed them too short. No cream rubbed in or any cuticle oil. To add insult to injury when I went to pay I was told it was £30. I pointed out the sign for £20 and she said it wasn't for the treatment I had. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Went in here for some simple in fills. The shop was empty so was unsure if it was open. Went inside and waited about 15 mins before a gentleman came out to see me. He spoke very little English so it was a game of point and guess really.....he cut the skin round a couple of my nails and ignored the bleeding & continued. The duration of the treatment he kept looking outside like he was looking for a dinosaur to appear! After the treatment i quite honestly just wanted to get out of there! My nails were throbbing! Went to see the doctor and discussed what had happened, he said i'd caught an infection, probably due to unclean tools. Sent me off with antibiotics and told me to get some antiseptic cream. Doc said it was becoming a familiar scene in biggleswade! The nail bar however denied any cuts or infection was from there tools, when I went to try get a refund I was told to leave. Read Less

Got my lashes done here for the first time. Never again. She spent the entire hour on the phone while doing my lashes. When she finished she handed over the mirror and I couldn't even speak from how horrible she did. My left eye had more lashes than my right. The lashes were not even lined correctly looks so choppy. I've seen better. If I would have known they were going to look this way I would have asked my 5 yr old niece to do them. Save your $60 bucks and buy drug store lashes instead. Smh Read Less

They one employee in particular that was way out of line. She was working with my 12 year old granddaughter and instead of asking the mother she went ahead and gave her gel on her feet and sparkles on her fingers. It was over $50!!. Your employee should have consulted with her mother before doing anything. Then she tried to over charge my daughter, the bride on her manicure. That's such bull crap!! We will never come back! This place is an absolute dump and filthy dirty. I walked in for a pedicure, waited for awhile before anyone even acknowledged me. Finally one of the nail ladies got up from the customer she was helping and sat me in a pedicure chair that was still dirty and wet from the last person. Turned on the cold water and went back to work. I sat there waiting for someone else to come Over or at the the water to get hot and neither one ever happened. A good 5-10 minutes went by. I had time to get a good look around the place and I had to get up and leave. The filth was just everywhere. From trash, to dust, to just plain grime on everything. Read Less
