First and foremost I expect to have shellac when its advertised and when I ask for it, not the cheap nasty knock off version. Then I expect the technician to not use the metal file thing when I ask for it not to be used. You've battered my nails, it took a hour of soaking in acetate to get the horrid stuff off my nails. 0 stars if I could. Had acrylic white tips done, went back for infills. Got home and realised my own natural white tips were showing through the acrylic, literally a millimeter of my own nails, the tips started half way up my natural white bit and it looked ridiculous. Went back in to see if they could just paint over with white nail varnish and they tried to charge me for it! They even admitted that the person that did my infills should have asked me if I wanted my natural white nail to be painted over so they weren't visible! So for the sake of a bit of white polish on the ends of my nails, they've lost a customer who came back to them every 3 weeks without fail. Just embarrassing. Read Less

Very disappointed. Been going here for 2 years for my nails, never had an issue, and went 12 days ago to get my nails done for the first time in months. It's now run by what seems different people, within 7 days I'd lost a nail and they've grown out dramatically. The paint was all chipped within a day and nails poorer quality then before. I used to absolutely love Lisa's nails but safe to say I'm not going back anytime soon. I'm looking to go elsewhere to get them redone as not paying that much money for them to break in a week. I urgently had to do my nails before I went on holiday and very little time to get them done. After researching and reading reviews, I decided to make an appointment with Trang at Lisa's Nails in Bedford. (It was a last-minute appointment and she kindly accommodated me late the following evening). I must say that I was very impressed! She is a very talented lady - very professional, nice and friendly. I really love what she did, my nails (acrylic) and my toes (shellac) are beautiful - I cannot stop looking at them. I am a super happy customer.
