Like so many have said, don't be put off by the outside. Lovely staff and environment. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had a lovely, restful pedicure. The massage chairs are really nice. Multiple lotion scents to choose from -- I got lemongrass sage! -- good color selection. I never felt that my technician was rushing through my pedicure. This place was amazing. My pedi was superb, the young lady was professional and thorough. I was surprised by the delightful scented lotion, happy for the complimentary glass of wine, impressed by the chic decor and pleased by the reasonable price. This place is amazing! I almost didn't go because it's located in a run down shopping center sandwiched btwn a Chinese takeout (which btw has the best food) and a Mexican market. I wasn't prepared for how elegant and stylish it is inside. Someone greeted me the moment I entered and told me to pick out my color and my lotion. There are 10-15 lotion scents to choose from, incl chocolate mint, lavender and many more. I had to wait 30 min for someone to give me a pedicure but at least my feet were soaking & i was offered a drink. This place was beyond awesome!!!! When you walk in, it's instantly breath-taking!! We had New York, Caitlyn and another gentleman, but I didn't get his name who did the pedicures and 2 other ladies in our group had their manicures done by a great person who I think was named Anna. They were all awesome, very fun and upbeat and kept us laughing and giggling the whole time. Normally I don't do this kind of stuff, but I'll be going back for pedi's w/ New York very often!!!! I've been all over the country to get my nails done and this place takes the cake. From the complimentary wine to the massive selection of color from normal polish to shellac to the vivacious attitude of the nail techs/designers. Definitely do not judge a book by its cover. This location is stunning inside. I was greeted with a smile and how can we help you. After selcting my polish and scented lotion I wanted I was seated in the most amazing pedicure chair and offered wine. Their pedicure menu offers a wide variety and diffrent price levels. I selected the lemon drop. My feet are still happy after the sugar scrub they received. The manicure menu offers the same variety. Ethan and Tim were so kind and did a great job. Called to make an appointment on Wednesday. Salon was recommended. I was told to request Tina (the young girl). The owner told me Tina had left. I ask if it was ok to see her. I attended the appointment. I saw a young girl there. Kim was very pleasant. On doing my nails, she nipped my cuticle and blood appeared. When I asked her why is my there bleeding she didn't say anything she didn't even apologise. On painting my nails she flooded my nails. I had to ask her to clean... it up. After painting I noticed my thumb has too much acrylic and it had flooded onto my skin. It seemed like she had an issue with me mentioning it . Instead of taking the polish off and refiling it so it was smooth she used a normal file and it's still not right. I sent a message to the person that has recommended the salon. My daughter had acrylic nails done at kim's klassy nails on Friday 17/02/17 for a party on Saturday evening....Withing 24hrs two of the acrylics had broken off, one of which took part of her natural nail with it....Today she went back to the salon to complain, the woman she saw cut the acrylics down without filing or shaping leaving them sharp and uneven.
