English is very poor. Told not to take my natural length but did anyway. Choose my colour x2 and was totally ignored and done one colour that I hate on 10 nails only wanted glitter on 2...so lack of u...
English is very poor. Told not to take my natural length but did anyway. Choose my colour x2 and was totally ignored and done one colour that I hate on 10 nails only wanted glitter on 2...so lack of understanding from staff meant I left unhappy and won't return because trying to explain and correct would of stressed me out further

Went for gel nails. Not bad price however got overwhelming feeling that not overly bothered about customer. Whole process took less than twenty minutes. They did not even wait for lamp to finish befor...
Went for gel nails. Not bad price however got overwhelming feeling that not overly bothered about customer. Whole process took less than twenty minutes. They did not even wait for lamp to finish before bunging on another coat and really do mean bunging on. After one week gels are already chipped and starting to peel and at £20 for one weeks wear I would say that is not on. They looked no better than I could do myself. I won't be returning which is shame as convenient location.

I've been coming to Star Nails for over seven years now, and can't go anywhere else. The service is professional and prompt, my nails always look perfect and exactly how I asked for. I know I'll get good advice and reliable, consistent results. Seeing the investment in the salon recently only confirms the owners commitment to providing the best possible service all round to his customers.

Shocking customer service, got completely different to what was asked. Boss man was VERY reasonable and tried to sort it out. But the rudeness of the woman was shocking ✋✋✋✋

Went for gel nails. Not bad price however got overwhelming feeling that not overly bothered about customer. Whole process took less than twenty minutes. They did not even wait for lamp to finish before bunging on another coat and really do mean bunging on. After one week gels are already chipped and starting to peel and at £20 for one weeks wear I would say that is not on. They looked no better than I could do myself. I won't be returning which is shame as convenient location.
