Really disappointing first experience here. The guy who did my nails was rude and unfriendly. The gels had not set properly and he had to start again. He clearly wasn't happy although it was his fault...
Really disappointing first experience here. The guy who did my nails was rude and unfriendly. The gels had not set properly and he had to start again. He clearly wasn't happy although it was his fault as he had not explained properly about where my hands should have been positioned under the dryer.At the end he didn't even check they were ok. I later discovered that a number of them are uneven ; considered returning but the thought of having to experience his rudeness again put me off. I certainly won't be making a second visit!

I’ve been coming here for 9 years. Love it.
Tonight was a very disappointing experience.
Price gone up since my last infills, which was 3 weeks ago.
The owner done my nails for the first time and kept trying to charge me £30 for infills. I paid that last time for a full set.
The prices where totallly different to what was on there price list, which I was sat in front of.
A girl walked in a got quoted £27,32 and £35 for a full set???
I ended up walking out with no colour on my nails because they were so rude about them wanting to go home. Don’t book me in if u finishing early. I have there loyalty scheme which says 7:30 closing time on, which I showed them. But no they want to finish at 6:30 half way through my nails.
I won’t b back ago, such a shame used to be a lovely place.

I have been going to this nail bar for years but the last few times the service has been truly awful.
If the staff spent less time gazing out the window, watching the tv and talking on their mobile phones WHILST doing your nails the quality would be much higher.
The staff arnt very friendly either and spend most the time talking amongst themselves in Chinese.
One of my acrylic nails was obviously wonky.. but when i pointed it out she got stroppy and said she couldn't see what the problem was. It was so obvious. There were rough bits and the quality was awful.
I have now been to another nail bar and the staff are so friendly and the service and quality far more superior. So.. sorry Five Star, you have lost 'another customer due to your lack of customer service and general courtesy.

Used to be my favorite nail bar... good selection of colours and friendly staff. It's become really overpriced lately probably why it's so empty these days!

Really disappointing first experience here. The guy who did my nails was rude and unfriendly. The gels had not set properly and he had to start again. I have been going to this nail bar for years but the last few times the service has been truly awful.
If the staff spent less time gazing out the window, watching the tv and talking on their mobile phones WHILST doing your nails the quality would be much higher.
