If I could give 0 stars I would. Got my Eyebrows waxed today and what a mess. The lady has cut a chunk out of one eyebrow, I look ridiculous. She knew she had done it and said it wasn't her but the fact the hair doesn't grow on that side... Well the hair was there this morning.
Aside from this the lady was rude. She has made me incredibly self conscious after her snide and rude remarks about my face. Women should boost each other up, not make us feel worse than we already do about ourselves. I will NEVER return. I would rather look like chewbacca than give this company a penny.

The price is reasonable £16 for gel nails, the staff seemed rather nice apart from one lady who was continuously pointing out how dry and short my nails were, she also mentioned multiple times that my nails were in a very bad condition which wasn’t necissery. They have a wide range of nail colours to chose from and my nails were painted very quickly and looked very good considering I have rather short nails. However within a few days my nails started peeling and chipping.
Average overall experience.

I have been to Aarya Nails & Beauty a few times to get my eyebrows threaded and more recently I had my nails done in the gel polish finish (lasted 17 days and counting!!!!).
The ladies there are very friendly, welcoming and professional, and even on a busy Saturday they do not rush my treatments or service.
I recommend this lovely place, and I am happy to rate it 5* for Service, Quality and Price.

0 customer service, visited on a Tuesday at 9.30ish it wasn't busy, wasn't offered a drink, no1 spoke to me other then wanting to know the treatment, just spoke among themselves in a different language. first time visit and defo the last.

I have been coming here for about 4 years to get my eyebrows threaded. Some weeks the beautician is really good and my brows look on fleek but other weeks they are quite bad. It just depends on which girl you get. The most recent time I went, the girl tried to get away with not trimming my eyebrows which is an integral part of the experience. She also threaded some of my eyelashes out which was an incredibly painful experience and could have been avoided if she was being careful and paying attention to what she was doing. I haven't had her before though so can only assume she is new.

Awful service and even worse customer service. I don't know anyone that has had a good experience here either. Would not recommend this place

It's a perfect place for most of the face and body treatments as the staff is fully trained and understanding. Like the fact that all the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The manager is very cooperative.And the prices are very cheap, what we need more 🤓🤓I appreciate how they are strict on patch tests like it !!! Utterly professional 👍

The price is reasonable £16 for gel nails, the staff seemed rather nice apart from one lady who was continuously pointing out how dry and short my nails were, she also mentioned multiple times that my nails were in a very bad condition which wasn’t necissery. I have been to Aarya Nails & Beauty a few times to get my eyebrows threaded and more recently I had my nails done in the gel polish finish (lasted 17 days and counting!!!!).

I have been coming here for about 4 years to get my eyebrows threaded. Some weeks the beautician is really good and my brows look on fleek but other weeks they are quite bad.
