Manager very unaccomodating.
Voucher has 4 days to be used but as they have no availability to match, we lose the voucher and present for our daughter.

Poor customer service.
Manager very unaccomodating.
Voucher has 4 days to be used but as they have no availability to match, we lose the voucher and present for our daughter.
I would think an extension to the time in which the voucher could be used, would be reasonable.
Obviously not! Not the best way to act if you want to keep custom.

Would of been better to visit a blind butcher. Don’t believe my hairdresser ever cut a mans hair before, rushed , sore neck and had to get the wife to cut all the stray hairs when I got home. 1st time...
Would of been better to visit a blind butcher. Don’t believe my hairdresser ever cut a mans hair before, rushed , sore neck and had to get the wife to cut all the stray hairs when I got home. 1st time I’ve left a hairdresser and put my hat on.

Kerry is always friendly and so helpful. Whenever I call enquiring about last minute appointments she has never let me down.
The staff are very professional and give great advice about different styles. I always come away feeling and looking so much better.

It was my first visit yesterday in preparation for a Ball I was going to, I had eyebrows shaped, blow dry and make up. Can’t fault anyone, they were all lovely and I felt amazing when I left. My hair and makeup lasted all night and I didn’t want to wash it off- thank you Cecilia and Rosie. Just amazing. Needless to say I will be booking back in again. Xx

This is like my second home just warm and friendly. Kerry is just amazing and always lovely and helps find a way to make me happy. She always finds a way to fit me in. Emma cuts and colours my hair and my daughters. She is worth her wait in gold and trust her with my hair. Also she is fantastic at curling hair with straighteners. Last time done was Saturday and it lasted from 8am till following evening. Finally if you like massages then Maria is your lady. She has most amazing hands and gives a firm deep massage. Yes I hurt next day, but a nice hurt. love from Lisa and Jemima

Went for a visit to 5th Avenue salon for hair to be cut blow dry and coloured. It was amazing. The service was 5* I was nervous as it was a new hairdressers for me but I was made to feel comfortable and was talked through the process all the way. Highly recommend. I've had nothing but complements by friends and family about my hair. So thank you. 5th Avenue.

Had an electrolysis treatment with Clare for one or two facial imperfections which seem to have crept up now I am over 29 !!! Not a service you can get in most beauty spas.

Brilliant salon, brilliant hair dressers and lovely owner. I have had my hair done at fifth avenue since I was at school, since going to university in Nottingham and having lived in London for several years, i have never found a hairdresser of the high quality and good value.
I now come back to Bedford for all hair appointments.
I highly recommend 5th Avenue.

5th Avenue is by far my favourite salon for both hair and beauty. I have been a regular here for over 12 years and this is because of the fantastic team led by Kerry Cash, their high levels of service and the fact they always go above and beyond! My 4 year old daughter has just started having her hair cut here so I think we will continue to be regulars for years to come!

It was my first visit yesterday in preparation for a Ball I was going to, I had eyebrows shaped, blow dry and make up. Can’t fault anyone, they were all lovely and I felt amazing when I left. Brilliant salon, brilliant hair dressers and lovely owner. I have had my hair done at fifth avenue since I was at school, since going to university in Nottingham and having lived in London for several years, i have never found a hairdresser of the high quality and good value.
I now come back to Bedford for all hair appointments.
I highly recommend 5th Avenue.

5th Avenue is by far my favourite salon for both hair and beauty. I have been a regular here for over 12 years and this is because of the fantastic team led by Kerry Cash, their high levels of service and the fact they always go above and beyond! My 4 year old daughter has just started having her hair cut here so I think we will continue to be regulars for years to come!
