I have been coming here since they opened this will be the final day. They are very inconsiderate of my time. Granted they are busy today, but when I’ve been waiting to be serviced for over 30 mins, and someone walks in without an appointment gets serviced before me, and the reason being is because she has one nail to fix and not a full set is very inconsiderate to me and my time. I will NEVER come back or recommend anyone to your place of business. The woman that did a full set on me, RUSHED through because I would not take the more expensive, gel set and gel polish. I basically felt like I was less of a person because I did not take the more expensive suggestion! I also waited longer for someone to put me in a chair than it took to do my actual nails. I set an appointment for 12:30 pm and waited for over an hour. It only took her 30 minutes to slap on some acrylic and basic nail polish. Then I accidentally messed up 2 of my nails while drying and she gets an attitude and tells me, “that’s why I wanted you to get gel.” No thank you to any offers or apologies. Of all of the times I’ve patronized this business, it’s rare that I leave without any issues. The technicians are not thorough at all in their acrylic applications, and they don’t take the acrylic all the way down your nailbed, forcing your full set not to last very long. Not to mention, when you ask for the technician to repair their errors, they are very reluctant and will argue with customers. After my last visit I will not be returning and I don’t recommend that you do either. Read Less

Stay away!!!! These people messed my nails up. I asked for coffin French nails with a matte top coat. Literally worst job I'd ever seen. My nails looked 2 weeks old right after I got them done. I was not paying $45 dollars for a shitty job. Not only that but they did not want to lower the price nor compromise with me about it. To add insult to injury they fuckin harassed me because they thought I was going to leave without paying. One stood at the door over me and one sat in the chair right next to me. And yes there's more. The MANAGER kept trying to push me out the chair so I could get them redone by someone else because "they didn't feel like waiting on me anymore". Very unhappy!! My sister walked in with 3 $20 bills and walked out with only 1 for an 8$ eyebrow job. She handed the lady 2 $20 bills on accident and the lady denied it and refused to count the drawer or anything else! Oh and the cameras aren't pointed at the cash register!!!! Read Less

Went here for my birthday & this was the WORST experience ever ! Mind you this is where I would normally go , but after tis experience never again will I step foot back in here again ! It may have been busy , but really to treat your customer like they are in a assembly line is rater un professional . Go get a pedi ,wich was ok NOT great , send me to te front dest for my mani , then back to the pedi chair so o...ne of te girls can start working on my nails , ( not comfortable holding your hand up for a long time ) , se gets done , sends me to another table & she starts to polish them ,,,,, she stops & some guy comes over & starts to polish my nails & finish , Mind you in all tis mix up along te line they finally took me over for my eye brow waxing ,,,,,,,,, so as the guy is finising my nails , I realize I have wax on my arm , & and, & told them & they laughed & again I said no its NOT funny can we please get is off ! ive had my nails done in this salon and they were really good, they lasted a long time and afterwards my nails were pretty healthy, compared to some other places i have been! the reception i got when i walked in was so friendly and your made to feel very comfortable throughout your treatments. My friend has also had her hair cut here and loved the result. i highly recommend grace hair and beauty if you want fantastic results and a warm welcome!Read Less
