Service was the worst ever. Had nails done the man very rude , and it hurt a lot. Sent out the shop , immediately on returning home half the polish had smudged off as hadn't had enough time to dry, phoned them to complain , told to come down next day. The man didn't even apologise for the mess of my nails, all he said was same colour or I will charge you again !!!!. He is only after your money, place is also very grubby. Avoid at all costs . Fingers are cut to peices because lack of care when using the electric file! Also my "coffin" nails also look so poorly done and so out of shape! My fingers are now looking awful and in pain! Will not be going back :( Read Less

I am absolutely appalled by the experience myself and my young sister had regarding this nail salon. Aside from my sister having the most unbalanced wonky and uneven "coffin" shaped nails I have ever seen done here, later that evening one of them broke off, she then went the next morning to have the one nail replaced as We were leaving to go on holiday at 1pm that afternoon, She was told that they didn't have time to do them that day despite the fact it is a walk in service and that it was just "tough" that She was going on holiday and they didn't have time to do it. I then called the salon to try and reason with them and see if they could take 10 minutes between WALK IN clients to fix the nail, to which the lady on the phone shouted over the top of me, then left the phone off the hook and went back to her client until I hung up. Not only is the customer service of this salon absolutely disgusting, the quality of the service itself is the worst I have ever experienced. No care was given when having my nails done, it was a very "slap dash" job, my nails were note filed before having the extensions put on and my cuticles were not pushed back and cut. This is just basic nail care that should be done prior to the extensions being placed on. I had asked for coffin shape and the end out come was that the nails were slanted more to one side despite me highlighting this to the man doing my nails at the time. I would advise anyone considering using this salon to pay the little extra and get good quality service and product outcome. Myself and my family and friends will not be using this salon again or recommending it to anyone. Read Less

Erica is great professionally, she is sweet and very personable! It's almost been a year since she's been my nail artist and I swear I wouldn't have it any other way.
