Received a Mani/ Pedi voucher for my birthday and used it this weekend. Super friendly staff, loved the beautiful decor and my nails look amazing ! Definitely going back :)

Excellent establishment which I would thoroughly recommend for any occasion. The Nail House is perfect for everyday appointments as well as special occasions. The team thoroughly look after you and the staff are warm, friendly & exceptionally trained. Excellent selection of treatments. Absolute favourite place in the South West!

Friendly, accommodating staff who provide a range of services to a very high standard. Would be great for a pampering session, or a quick visit during the lunch break. Excellent range of colours, and the nails lasted a long time (after two and a half weeks, very little sign of wear - sadly had to have them removed for medical appointment).

My first time visiting a nail place rather than a hairdresser which does nails - disappointed not to be even offered a glass of water on a roasting hot day at the very least, nevermind a tea. The place looks beautiful and the staff are friendly, but the lady doing my nails was also doing someone else's at the same time. This wasn't apologised for & didn't feel like good service. It's not what I expect when I 'splash out' & spend 25% more to go to a nail specific place. Will go back to the hair place and get my tea; the nails last just as long there!

Absolutely love this place, the girls are lovely and know what they are doing. As they only do nails they are able to concentrate all their skills. Definitely recommend them!

It was lovely to meet Billie today at the Nail House today. It was my first time there so I wasn't sure what to expect. They were running late but offered to pay and arrange for extra parking if I needed it. Very friendly, welcoming staff. The interior has been beautifully put together. The ginger Tea/water could be offered in bigger cups as I like more than a mouthful! The Pedicure was amazing from start to finish, especially the foot scrub in the beautiful copper bowl and the foot balm was so good I bought a tub - large one which came with free cotton socks.
