Went to get my nails done today for my 21st birthday on the recommendation of Emma Robinson and was absolutely delighted! My nails are stunning and they accommodated me in every way possible. They have recently reopened meaning they're stretched to the limit so of course they're going to be busy. Reviews on here complaining about the service and waiting are unfair; any recently reopened business which provides such a good service is going to be busy for the first few weeks it's common sense! On the whole I would definitely recommend. They made me feel comfortable, the people were lovely and they're excellent at their job.

Went yesterday to get a new fullset put on. I understood it was the first day of opening and they were extremely understaffed so I did wait and was happy to. They were apologetic and tried to get me seen to as fast as possible. I love my nails and have booked for infills already. The salon looks gorgeous too!

I am disappointed with the service I received today - or lack of. I had an appointment before work and after waiting almost 2hours for my nails to be done I had to leave and even though my appointment was at 13:15 they said I would be done by 18:00. It was laughable! I was not made aware to the fact there would even be a delay. This was a massive waste of my time, I would not recommend

Rang and booked an appointment for me and daughter to have our hands and feet done today at 12. Rang backed and confirmed and gave my name as they forgot to ask the first time I spoke to them. I should have known at that point that the place was not professional. Arrive for appointment they have no recollection of the booking and are still dealing with people from 11am appointments. They could try to fit us in but they have no idea what time!!

Had pedicure and manicure ready for hols tomorrow. Great job as usual. Always just walk in on the off chance and never had to wait more than 15 minutes. Been going here for years.

Went to get my nails done today for my 21st birthday on the recommendation of Emma Robinson and was absolutely delighted! My nails are stunning and they accommodated me in every way possible.
