I have been going here for the past 2 years, the only problem I have is finding a time when they're not so busy. I've been to Garden Bay a couple times and never had an issue until yesterday when I came for a pedicure and left in a lot of pain due to Tiffany cutting the side of my big toe nail so far down its now red puffy and VERY painful to even touch!! I’m happy I went here today for a pedicure and manicure. I’m from out of town and Linda took great care of me. She listened to any concerns and made sure I was happy with the results. I got the callus pedicure and was very happy with it. It was very relaxing and resulted in much healthier skin. I showed her a photo of a sns manicure I liked and she was able to make suggestions on how to achieve the same look. Their rates were very fair for the friendly, relaxing and clean atmosphere, quality care and attention. I would gladly go back when I visit again. Beautiful, clean & friendly staff. I have gotten the basic and deluxe pedicure--definitely worth the extra money for the deluxe. I have gotten the shellac manicure twice and they do an excellent job. It has lasted over three weeks both times. This is definitely my go to salon since they have opened. A comfortable environment with excellent massaging chairs. Quick with their work and straight to the point. Beautiful atmosphere plus the employees were wonderful and this place has great customer service and although I didn't get the girls name who did my pedicure, she was awesome as well. Beautiful atmosphere, wine bar, employees were wonderful, great customer service, massage chairs were comfortable and my nails came out flawless. Wonderful employees, had mani and pedi for Mothers Day, I have definitely found my new place to go!! Very nice staff with better English than most, clean and extremely well decorated. Prices were in line with other nail places. The thing that stood out the most was the incredible new massage chairs - they were truly amazing and even massaged your hands and arms.
