I have used Nails Etc for the last 11 years and I have Acrylics & Shellac and have had fantastic results from both never had a problem and the Staff are friendly accommodating and nothing is too much trouble they will do whatever. This is a lovely salon and friendly modern atmosphere and I have always found it to be fantastic value for money. I would highly recommend the ladies and the salon. Xxx Read Less

Went here for acrylics and would not recommend. While the woman was lovely who did them, the quality was poor. The nail polish started chipping after 2 days (despite not doing much and wearing rubber gloves when cleaning). By the fourth day, one nail had broke in half (again not doing anything that would cause it damage). When I looked closer, the nails were staring to peel off at the bottom. They were loose and started to look horrible with one broken and the rest starting to fall off. By the end of the fourth day, severeal of the whole nails had come off which says to me that they werent the best quality as they are meant to last weeks and not just 4 days. Wasnt impressed and would not be returning to this place again. Please dont waste your time and money, go somewhere with better reviews. Read Less

I am currently living in Portugal and one of the things I really miss about home is my fortnightly visit to the Shirehampton salon. The service was wonderful but most of all I always felt so welcome. It was more like visiting really good friends for a laugh and a chat with the added benefit of leaving with perfect nails. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough. Absolutely awful. I paid £54 for shellac nails and toes. After less than 24 hours the nails on my hands went see through and faded. I showed this to the manager of the salon on return from my week's holiday - she didn't offer to take it off or redo - definitely would NOT recommend! Read Less
