Do not get your eyebrows threaded here. They just charged me £8 to essentially tweeze most of my brow. I've no shape. I usually know better than to go to these sorts of places but it was early morning and I didn't have time to go to town for my usual. Would not recommend. The lady doing my nails was a lovely woman, but the other lady was very rude. When trimming my cuticles, my finger was cut and bled for almost an hour. I didn't get any compensation, and they put nail polish remover on my cut so it stung even more. Not going back ! Read Less

I love this place, the staff is very nice and friendly. The service is quick and the outcome is always amazing! I can show her a picture of what I want done to my nails and she makes it look the exact same, if she doesn't have the color you want she will mix colors to assure you get exactly what you want!!! the owner has been doing nails for over 30 years and you can defiantly tell!!! its a must try! You've got to give this place a try! Courteous, the best customer service of any nail salon I've been to. They explained all their services and costs up front. If you want a salon where you are pampered, you've found it! Tammy does a beautiful job with acrylic nails. I have very thin brittle nails and she creates colored powdered acrylic nails that last, no lifting, no peeling....I get compliments daily even when I am due to have a fill. Pedicures here are a must, totally relaxing,,,you have to try the lavender jelly....it's the best! This is a great salon to have a relaxing afternoon or evening with your best friend! Excellent pedicure. Good customer service. Good selection of colors, brands, and services. I got the green tea pedicure and very much enjoyed it. The lady who did my nails mistakenly overcharged me and the manager came out in the parking lot to refund my money. I'll definitely go back. Read Less

Pretty awful. Aside from charging an extra 9 pounds for half of their shellac shades, the varnish only lasted a week at best, before beginning to peel off. They don't answer their phone and are fairly feather-brained in terms of bookings. Go elsewhere would be my advice! Read Less

I booked this appointment as I hadn't had a Shellac Manicure in a long time. It is already £6 more expensive than where I went last time, but I thought I would give it a try. Upon entering the salon I was greeted by the abrupt and rude manager, who didn't even Smile! I was then served by a nail technician who clearly has no, or very little social skills as she spent the entire time looking out the window. She didn't even introduced herself or her name, offer me a glass of water/cup of tea or make polite conversation. The three members of staff then went on to discuss customers and their private lives in an inappropriate way! I will not be returning to this salon until they have a complete attitude overhaul!
