Had my first ever Shellac nails done today. The girls were fab, explained it all to me and they look brilliant. I’d also heard about the microblading they occasionally offer and showed my examples on members of staff. Generally a very warm inviting salon with great staff. Big thumbs up from me. Went to queens Rd branch as I could get in my regular place. Staff were more interested in chatting than offering advice on nail colours. Not great customer service. They Didnt do anything to cuticles just filed nails very lightly. Only applied 2 coats of shellac (I normally get 3) it's now starting to peel off after 2 days! Cost £5 more than I usually pay. Booked last minute today. After hearing lots of great reviews about this salon. Very friendly bunch of ladies. The lady who done my nails is great. Very friendly and chatty. Went in with grandchildren even with them they never moaned about the noise. Great salon. My nails looked the best . After going to the same salon for years and they ruined my nails. Had a manicure and pedicure with shellac nails, the staff are lovely, always get offered a drink, I always ask for the same person and you will get the sort of relationship that you have with your hairdresser. There's also a car park round the back which is an added bonus x 💅 Read Less

Felt very disappointed today when I had booked in at the new shop in bishopsworth, I booked for acrylic nails, when I got there I felt like the women wasn't very approachable, when I showed the picture of nails I wanted - a picture of kaycies own instagram and she told me she dint have enough time to stick diamonds on, even tho I had booked in? then when I asked for another nail design she did not know how to do it, I asked for another and they dint have the stock in to it, I feel like the customer service skills was very poor and every thing I asked for was to much hassle. so I went to kimmys because I can ask for any nail design and every member of staff can do it. Had my nails done for the first time here today. I don't live near the area so had travelled far to have some lovely looking nails done. I have to say the staff were lovely but I was in for 2 hours and my appointment was only just Infills and shellac. I understand that i had a trainee doing my nails but was unhappy that I had one of the nails filled to much in (to where you can see my natural nail) and the majority to short. Kaycie came over and rectified it and created a lov...ely shape on what I originally asked for (coffin). I understand that they were running late but I did start to feel uncomfortable in my back for sitting down for 2 hours. I then had Nisha do my gel polish and I LOVE the marble affect. The only problem I had with the gel polish was it wasn't sealed on the ends by the colour nor the top coat and has already started to chip away. I also had some gel polish leak along my cuticles and some of my cuticles (not all) are a little sore. I understand they may have been rushing as they were running behind schedule but being a nail technician myself I like to have my own done as working on my own clients all day gets tiring. So I've had to go home and take off all the pink colour (ive kept the marble) and have had to re shellac them myself. I would come back one day but would make a super early appointment to try and avoid feeling rushed at the end. Xx See More Read Less

Read such great reviews about this place, only to leave completely disappointed. I could tell that my appointment was squeezed into their busy schedule. Messy workmanship. Expected a full manicure only to get my nails painted, not even properly cleaned. I could also tell that they do a great job if you're getting acrylic nails done with them. If you intend on getting a shellac manicure on your natural nails, I would not recommend this place. Read Less
