I booked my daughter in for a special occassion to have acrylics. The name Giggles is somewhat ironic as I have never seen such a miserable bunch of people! Their customer service is shocking...however their nails were acceptable, but it feels very much like a conveyor belt with no interaction with the customers, except to take payment which is done hiding behind a mask! Read Less

Lovely here and always a great result at the end, this experience however wasn't the finest! I had someone who came it after me being done before me even though we both booked for the same time and I was there first, I was stuck in the corner for half an hour while my acrylics were soaking off and no one came to cheak on me, the man who was doing my nails walked out half way thought to get a bottle of water from the shop, it's very unprofessional. For my first time there, the gel application was rushed and many people without a booking were going ahead of me even though I was tight with time, I was also slightly surprised when I told them what shape I wanted my acrylic nails to be that they had to ask eachother then were still confused what oval was. I'm hoping on the 24th of June my nails will be better as they're for my prom which is the same day, if not they'll never be having my money again Read Less

I now try to book in advance whenever I am going to visit in Bristol. A big thank you to the young lady who was so kind and thoughtful enough to give me a lift home. Even though the nail technicians are not English, they are rude and very ignorant. Other places I've been have had lovely technicians who are also not English!
