Hello, I visited your brow bar yesterday, I have never had my eye brows done before so was unsure what to expect, although talking to friends who have had threading before they assured me, The experience I recieved was not good at all. First of the women doing the threading did not ask any questions on what I required or style I wished, The lady who was less then happy about doing it in the first place and did nothing to put my mind at ease. Oh reflection on exiting Debenhams and looking in a mirror properly to look at the damage, my eye brows to not match! And I'm addition they are not tidy or anything that I could not do myself!! Disappointed that customer service is so awful nowadays, I've been going to this brow bar for more than a couple of years after a few months break went on a Wednesday at 5:50pm and the lady didn't attend me because they close at 6:00pm and fair enough I thought is a bit too close to their closing time. However I went back today (Friday) at 5:35pm and she said I had to tidy up and clean this time, even though she had a customer sat being served and nobody waiting. To be honest I don't think that's good customer service, 25 mins to close seems exaggerated, I have been in there in the past and been served later than 5:35pm. I may be wrong and they are trained now to not receive customer past 5:30pm but it will help if besides close time at 6:00pm there's an advisory note of last customer 5:30pm - I went to another brow bar nearby closing at 6:00pm and they were happy to serve me at 5:47pm so I'll keep coming back to that one instead.
