Well, what can I say I am not one to post so must b bad. To be excited for my daughters wedding and look at colours of nail Polish to try what's best exciting or what well......only for my nails to be cut(just as well I'm not diabetic) drilled (electric filed) removing the goodness out of my nail to be told I was a lier, because I asked for acrylic tips when I wasn't prepared to pay what was asked. Very intimidating. For someone who doesn't get nails done regular due to work ...I would say false nails and didn't even know you could get tips anyhow it was cut to how I had my nails when I went in so why would I want false nails. Came out and they don't open or close when they say. Needless to say thanx for who is goin to restore my nails all is removed and I wil never be back to Hollywood nails. This shop does not like and will not allow disabled people to have nails done. Do not use this shop Beyond angry and disgusted just off the phone to my mum, who is a support worker and looks after a lovely young girl who is disabled and in a wheel chair, so anyway my mum went down to the nail shop on the high street where the young girl had been going for years, the nail shop is recently just got new management and they refused to do her nails and said "no no too hard" and opened the door for my mum for her to leave, obviously my mum was furious as this is discrimination and argued with and also got the girls mother down too and they eventually decided to do her nails but even then they were extremely rough with her hands and nails, hardly spoke a word of English and were just extremely rude to my mum and this young girl the entire time! Appalled and horrified they'd treat a vulnerable young girl like this! Would avoid this shop at all cost!! Rude rude people!!!!! Edit; they mailed the young girls morning begging for forgiveness but also said the boy was afraid of the young girl in the wheel chair!!!!! How awful!!! Read Less

Got to be the most shocking nail shop anywhere...my daughter had her nails done there and less than a week later her whole nail just came off...the lady tried to blame it on the colour she chose...I mean seriously...are these people even qualified????? Read Less

They were ok when I first visited 5 months ago but not happy with the staff at the moment, was charged £35 for my own nails to be painted, when I brought it to their attention this time the guy just shrugged his shoulders. Think the language barrier is a bit of a problem!! Such a sloppy rush job I'm not a happy bunny, if this shop had British people working there I would have taken the matter all the way until I got satisfaction. Won't be back I'm afraid!!! Read Less
