My wife was very dissaponted with her experience at Simply Bliss. First off we do not have facebook therefore I decided to set up an account to leave a review. She felt uncomfortable from start to finish, she waited on her arrival for 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge she was there as they was to busy yapping in another room. She was booked in with Julie for a facial, wax & nails, the facial didnt last as long as it should have, the waxing was dreadful to the point she had to come home & remove hairs herself that hadn't been removed. She also asked for advice to which colour would best suit her skin for nail colour to be told there was many to choose from. She felt rushed when this was meant to be a relaxing experience for her. SO so happy with all my treatments done this morning at simply bliss couldn’t recommend it more!.... Claire doing my eyebrows was quick, chatty and super friendly and so chuffed with the shape!! Sarah done my spray tan, chatty, professional, quick and knows exactly what she’s doing and also got my nails done by Lauren at the b bar! Couldn’t be happier! Shape length and colour!! Got a massage from Laura/Lauren today and it was the best massage I've had, really loosened up my shoulders and I was so relaxed throughout, I phoned up on the off chance of a space and was so glad to be squeezed in as a recent gym visit left me feeling quite sore! I booked the 2 for £40 offer. I went for gel toes (with Laura) and a peel with mask (with Amy). Both amazing my gel toes I felt more like a pedi Laura took so much time and care. The peel and mask amazing, relaxing and my skin feels great. Will def be going back. Read Less

This has been my regular salon for YEARS. I have never been disappointed, in fact, each time I go it is a unique experience. The girls are lovely and welcoming, very friendly and chatty, whilst being able to remain professional and always smiling! You can tell they love what they do. Everything I have had done here has been done to an exceptionally high standard, always making me feel like a queen when I leave. I recommend this place to everyone! Definitely deserving of 5 stars!
