Been going here for a couple of years now had new set NexGen done 22.12.17 within few days cracking and lifting off, this must be because I had no clear base of NexGen put onto nail prior to colour and the nail is far to flexible. Tried calling to get them fixed, no reply will try after NY as a set needs to go on with a base first. I should have reminded the lady at the time about base coat. Can you fix me new appt please? As not much of a girly girl, i wanted my nails done for the first time ever. I decided to get acrylic nails and was looking forward to the experience. I was seen by a rude man who only said 3 sentences to me the whole time I was in there. There was no hello or any form of greetings, he sat down and growled from beneath his mask "square or round?". I opted for square and he began applying the tips and twice he used his own horribly long fingernail to push my skin away from the... glue which made me feel sick. He then gave me no option on the length of my nails and truth be told, I was too scared of him to say anything. The use of the electric file was very hot and painful and 3 times when he was filing my nails using a proper file he hit the file against my fingers to indicate he was done with that fingernail. Once my nails had Polish applied, he stood up and walked away to start work on someone else. I was left sat with my hands under the heater and when I took them out to see if they were dry a random man pushed my hands under the heater again. I sat there for 5 minutes feeling like a total idiot unsure of what to do. Eventually someone appeared at the counter so I could pay, I asked to put in a complaint and I got laughed at. Horrible service, ruined my whole experience and the man who did my nails really needs to learn some customer service skills. Would never recommend this place to anyone! See More Read Less

Been going for about 8 years.. it's so relaxing and choice of color is great! The staff are great, Raymond is spot on with doing nails he's my usual! Iv had everyone do my nails and they are all great too! Price good too and the nails last a strong few weeks! Read Less
